From referral to a plan you can use

Four steps. You stay the patient’s main doctor throughout.

  1. Refer

    Send a referral letter by secure email, with your question, current medications and relevant results.

  2. Assess

    We contact the patient to book. Appointments are in person in Auckland, on weekends.

  3. Report

    You receive a letter with the diagnosis, formulation and a step-by-step management plan within 72 hours of the appointment.

  4. Share care

    You continue prescribing and monitoring. A follow-up review is available if the plan needs adjusting.

Services and fees

Private service. Fees are paid by the patient unless agreed otherwise. Ask for current fees.
